Only one entry per individual is permitted and Aluminium Systems (NZ) Limited (ASL) reserves the right to disqualify any entries and accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.

To enter, participants must provide their basic contact details. Any individual who does not provide these required details will be disqualified.

Entries close at 12.00 mid night (NZST time) on 31 st July 2008. ASL’s decision on when a competition submission is received is final.

Only one winner will be selected from valid entry cards that have been submitted. The winner will be notified within 21 days of competition closing date.

5.

The decisions made by the ASL and/or its appointed judges are final and binding.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. ASL reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. ASL accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

We collect participants personal information in order to conduct the competition. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not participate in the contest.

All entries become the property of ASL. By taking part, the participant irrevocably consents to the use of all information contained within the entry for marketing purposes by ASL. The entrant also irrevocably consents to information contained within the entry being made available to affiliates and authorised business partners of ASL.

Prize includes New Zealand Domestic flights only, ASL accepts no responsibility for cancelled or missed flights.

Accommodation is standard double room for 2 people at the Sofitel Hotel in Queenstown for 2 nights. All food, drink and other expenses incurred during the stay at the hotel are not included in the prize, and are the responsibility of the competition winner and their guest.
